Hi. How do I transfer maps that I have purchased through Mud Map and downloaded onto my desktop computer onto my iPhone? Whenever I try to log in using my iPhone it keeps asking me to register even though I already have an account. When I give the app my details it tells me my user id is invalid. What gives? It is the same one that I have used to logon to the web site. Please advise as I will need these maps on my phone this Saturday and I'll be out of network range after 2pm Friday.

Instructions on how to download maps into the app.

Are you sure you are putting in the correct User ID & PW? If it works on he web, then it will work in the app.

Yes I'm using the same logon details but I keep getting the Register option on the iPhone so I have to go through and enter my details again and it tells me that my user id is invalid. Is it because my user id is the same as my email account?

    Regards,
    Barry

When you sign in on the app. Don't press register. Press Go on the keyboard.

What was the problem? Didn't enter the right details?

PS, you can't download maps to a computer. You can view maps through a web browser from our website. They are streamed down as needed but never stored on your harddrive.

    Hi Tom

I wasn't even looking at the bottom half of the screen. I kept looking for a logon button but could only see a Register button. So my details were correct but I was using the Register option to logon with when I'm already registered. All good now.
