Not opening

Hi my version wont open for some reason i click on the app and page opens then the little circle comes up then it closes and goes back to my home screen press the app button again and same thing happens

    A fresh install should fix this issue. First delete the app from the device then go to App Store > Purchased and redownload it for free.

    You can redownload it by going to the Purchased section of the App Store.

    Which version of Mud Map do you have? What colour was the app icon?

    Hey for memory it was a brown but not 100% sure as i uninstalled it
    following your instructions. I would of purchased it 1 1/2, 2 yrs ago if
    that helps. Peter

    Mud Map 2 has an orange icon. If so, it's available from the purchased section of the app store.

    If you can send in the invoice, I can verify which version of the app you have.

    I see you purchased the Mud Map Android app from the Google Play store.

    Make sure you are signed into the Google play store using the email on the invoice.

    Well iam still no better off from when i started because on my google play
    acc on my phone it hasnt got those transactions listed, only on my computer
    at home and cant send it to my phone at all. Talk about a pain and getting
    brief support from you doesnt help.

    I get your frustration. Google Play is run by google, I have no control over it.

    I suggest contacting Google play support, they can sort it out for you.
