No service No respond and No communication

Hi Mate I have email you a few time requesting the link to reset my password so I use the new mudmap3 that I have just purchase.

you have not respond nor send any link for me to reset my old password why?????

I just paid for the new mudmap3 down load it and cant log in and it has been 3 day since I have requested the link to change my password and still have not receive anything and you have been paid already for the down load that I made through apple purchase??.

I will be in contact with apple to request that your app be remove and from reading other user feed back it seem you don't really care once you have been paid?
and it seem to me this is more like a scam then a professional business.

Im also going to insist that apple app refund the payment that I have paid for this use less mudmap3 that I cant even use because you couldnt be bother once you have been paid what a scam.
