I have just bought a new iPad and tried syncing over my Pins and Tracks to MM3.
The iPad is registered in my account.
None of my Pins have synced over.
My Tracks have synced but are all in one 'All' folder and none of my subfolders are evident.
I tried logging out of my account and logging back in on the iPad but no change.

I have resolved this problem but had to delete the app and reinstall it to get the pins and subfolders to reappear.
Unfortunately I now have to redownload my nearly 3600 maps.

Great to hear you were able to solve the issue. Sorry to hear about the inconvenience of redownloading all the maps.
