Unable to download my tracks

I am unable to download my saved tracks, I can see them on the website but can not transfer to my iPad.

    Hi Paul, what happens when you go into the tracks screen in the app?

    It is blank, when I click on the tracks on the website they grey out and I have to go into another screen to reset it.

    In the app, what do you see when you go into Track > All?

    When I click on tracks - all I get blank lines
