Route not downloading to account

Hi Li.
I am finally able to log into my account, but as previously advised I don’t have all my pre made routes downloading to my account. Ie I have 21 routes on my iPad device (iPad mini) but I don’t have them in log in account or on my 2 other devices, ie iPhone and iPad 2.
Please advise how to get access to the missing routes via log in on pc and on my other devices.
